Application Requirements

3 years of verifiable residential history. 

Net income must be 2 times the amount of the monthly rent. 

Applicant(s) cannot owe money to a landlord or utility company.

Criminal backgrounds are handled on a case by case basis. 

Must be 18 or older to submit an application.
